Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all intellectual property rights to the websites and digital solutions created by J&J Digital Solutions remain with J&J Digital Solutions until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered work will transfer to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by the client in writing.

Refunds and Cancellations

For paid services, we strive to ensure client satisfaction and will continue to work with clients until they are satisfied with the results. As such, no refunds are provided. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, and the website will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Support and Maintenance

We offer a complimentary service to address minor issues as a gesture of goodwill. For comprehensive technical support, clients may subscribe to our tech support plan, which includes business-hour support for troubleshooting, adding features, making tweaks, and changing plans. Any bugs or issues caused by our development will be corrected free of charge.

Limitation of Liability

J&J Digital Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In the future, we may implement a more detailed limitation of liability clause to further define our responsibilities and liabilities.
